Finally I took my braids out! Guess what ? 
These braids are my favorite- appropriately 2020
MY HAIR IS THICK!!!
it’s thicker than a snicker babes
it wasn’t easy, I used Natural Rock’N Beauty’s jellybean to get through the snarled ends and knotted bases of each braid , finger detangled with water and galaxy . Combed through with my big blue comb by Kazmaleje then Wash day and Hennasooq red raj henna and indigo later on.
Jellybean made the takedown successful! The braids snarls and thick bases were trying to lock - just melted down in moments after I put a dab or two of jellybean on the braid
Galaxy kept my hair moisturized and nourished during the process
Very little shed- my hair is stronger!! My big blue comb has been a lifesaver too!
So excited about the results! I owe my progress to:
- Low manipulation braids
- Only using Natural Rock’N
- Increased wash days
- scalp massage while washing my hair
- desist using harsh box hair color, it was eating my progress away. I’m a henna head again.
Im super excited, I’m gonna try some braid outs and use my revair for a blowout , because I still don’t know what my length is.
That’s for when it cools down.
But for now, my Afro is doing its thing in this heat.
