Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of handmade products returns are not allowed . We only allow refunds and exchanges within the 30 day period .

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, many of our products are meant to be used on your hair and body . We do not accept products that are intimate or are meant to be used on your body or hair .

Gift cards

To complete your exchange or refund, we require a detailed account of the order include date ordered, item , and reason for dissatisfaction.

Any item that is specified for exchange or refund more than 30 days after delivery is invalid and will not be honored.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund or exchange inquiry is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or you are free to request another item similar to the item being disputed, in this case you will be charged shipping costs for the item requested in the exchange .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are final sale .

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at naturalrockn@outlook.com . Please be prepared to pay for the items shipping costs. If in the event of an exchange being unavailable due to the nature of handmade products, sold out stock , or general unavailability via discontinuation a refund will be issued instead of an exchange .

You will be notified if an exchange request is not available due to the reasons mentioned previously.

Orders
Upon completion of your order, you will be given a confirmation receipt of your purchase by email . This receipt is not a contract and orders can be cancelled at anytime due to lack of payment success via credit /debit card or fraudulence .

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund , the charges will be distributed back to the buyer.

Natural Rock'N is not responsible for lost or stolen packages , If you believe your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS and file a claim . Packages are not routinely insured upon shipping at this time  .

Packages are tracked through USPS. You will be given a tracking number once your package has shipped. It is the consumer’s responsibility to use the tracking information to follow up with delivery with USPS.

  Extra protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add shipping Insurance to your cart at checkout to enable your purchase protection.  

The claims form is easy to use and is found in our footer menu.

The typical timeline for processing a claim includes tracking, searching and updates for the lost package, which can take 7 to 10 business days.

  If your package can not be recovered after all investigative methods have been exhausted then a replacement can be arranged depending on stock of items lost.

  If item gets sold out after your purchase, arrangements can be made for store credit or priority fulfillment of same item upon restock. Records are made and checked for fraudulent patterns for each customer claim. 

Fraudulent claims may result in order cancellation and termination of any future contracts with customer. 

 Exchanges 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Due to reasons beyond our control , such as natural disaster or theft We don’t guarantee that you will receive your exchanged item.

You do have the option of purchasing insurance for your package upon ordering . Claim form is found In website footer menu.
